Coach poach: Johnson leaves Swans to head back to GWS – The Age
Steven Johnson will return to Greater Western Sydney next season as an assistant coach after the club swooped to regain their former player.

A Norm Smith Medallist, Johnson retired at the end of the 2017 season after 293 games and three flags, and jumped straight into the coaches box at the Swans, where he has overseen the development of that club’s young forward line.
“Steve is renowned as having one of the sharpest footy minds in the game and were delighted to welcome him back to the Giants,” Cameron said.
