More Australians have faced unemployment this year than ever before, yet some bosses claim they have jobs they simply cant fill.
The latest results from the National Skills Commission survey show that of the 1100 businesses contacted, 47 per cent said they were having difficulty getting workers.
One of those employers is Windsor Hotel manager Max Fox-Andrews, who is desperate to fill six job vacancies at the popular South Perth venue.
