Kim Kardashian has honoured YouTube star JoJo Siwa for her inclusion on TIME magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2020 list.
The 39-year-old reality star wrote the official tribute to Siwa, 17, whom she called a “ray of sunshine in a world that seems scary right now.”
