Michael Walker rode Tagaloa to his Blue Diamond success last season and the colt’s first runs this time in, which resulted in a close third in the Group 3 McNeil Stakes and a sixth in last Saturday’s Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes at Caulfield.
But Tagaloa’s managing owners have booked Craig Williams to ride Tagaloa in the Caulfield Guineas.
