Lorraine Kelly spoke to Dr Hilary Jones on Monday about the possibility of Prime Minister Boris Johnson implementing another lockdown amid a sharp rise in COVID-19 cases.
“We saw the highest number of cases for four months on since the 8th May on Saturday, with 4,422 positive cases,” said Hilary.
“The number of cases is rising again sharply now mimicking what happened at the end of February, and of course this is of great concern.
