Alicia Keys almost gave away her biggest hit song to Christina Aguilera – 9TheFIX

Iconic singer Alicia Keys has revealed some great trivia about one of her earliest hits.
In an interview with Stereogum magazine, Keys mentioned that she almost gave away her track ‘If I Ain’t Got You’  to Christina Aguilera.
The interviewer brought up the topic of Aguilera’s song Impossible from her 2002 album Stripped, which was written by Keys. They noted that it came about because Aguilera wanted to include powerful, soulful voices of the time on her record.
