Injury-prone Geelong midfielder Nakia Cockatoo is likely to leave the club and take up a multi-year deal at Brisbane, according to the Herald Sun.
The out-of-contract 23-year-old has played just 34 games for Geelong after battling several knee and soft tissues injuries and is likely to move as he seeks longer-term security.
