CBP Seized OnePlus Buds as ‘Counterfeit’ AirPods. Now It’s Doubling Down – WIRED
The US government has detained thousands of wireless earbuds on suspicion of being fake Apple goods—despite crystal clear branding from an established company.

If it quacks like a duck, in other words, CBP is within its rights to call it a counterfeit duck.
