Two suburbs in Melbournes southeast accounted for more than one-quarter of Victorias new COVID-19 infections.
While 35 new cases were reported in the state on Monday – the lowest daily increase for almost three months – nine came from the suburbs of Hallam and Narre Warren in the City of Casey.
Health authorities are now working to control the emerging hotspot, with Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton on Monday urging anyone living in the area to monitor their health and come forward for testing…
