Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has snared a stalwart of Australia’s private equity industry.
As this column first reported, Bryan Pointon, whose client list includes global buyout bigwig The Carlyle Group and local firm Colinton Capital Partners, will join the law firm’s corporate M&A practice next month.
