Stewards adjourn inquiry into Run To The Rose ride
Racing NSW stewards had adjourned an inquiry into champion jockey Hugh Bowman’s ride on star colt Farnan in Saturday’s Group 2 Run To The Rose.
Bowman set a hot speed on the $2.40 favourite before the hard run told and he tailed off to beat just two runners home.
It marked a controversial return to the saddle for Bowman, who had just finish serving a six week suspension for careless riding.
