Australia sweat over Smith, Starc fitness after Hazlewood shines – Sydney Morning Herald
Steve Smith was hit in the head and Mitchell Starc has a groin issue as Australia look to claim a 2-0 series victory over England on Sunday.

Skipper Aaron Finch said the Australians had taken all precautions with the former captain.
“He got a knock on the head in practice. It’s a precautionary measure to leave him out,” Finch said.
Smith was replaced by the hard-hitting Marcus Stoinis at No.3 and he responded with a robust 43 off 34 deliveries in his first one-day international since last year’s failed World Cup.
Starc completed his full allotment of overs (0-47) but appeared concerned by a groin issue, having slipped in the field…
