Control Panel loses another bit of functionality in latest preview version of the OS
Windows 10 is redirecting one of the more commonly used functions on the Control Panel the section where you can uninstall programs across to the main Settings app, as work continues to focus users on the latter in the preview version of Microsofts OS.
