Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have just paid back the $4.2 million they owed for renovations on their UK home, Frogmore Cottage.
But the couple could use a ‘loophole’ to reclaim the millions, according to two royal experts.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex agreed to repay the costs of taxpayer-funded renovations on the Windsor home as part of their royal exit deal.
