TV personality and celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels has issued a frightening warning about going to public gyms amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, revealing she contracted COVID-19 after letting her guard down for an hour.
The fitness pro spoke publicly of her diagnosis, which occurred several weeks ago, in an interview with Fox Business on Tuesday.
