After all, the 57-year-old from China’s Jiangxi province has been widely tipped as the mystery $95 million buyer of the waterfront trophy property Edgewater sold this week by the co-founders of Katies women’s clothing retail chain Joe Brender and his wife Gerda, and the family of his late business partner Sam Moss.
