‘Stinks of greed’: Raiders great slams Bateman’s early exit – Fox Sports
Canberra Raiders great Gary Belcher has unloaded on departing second rower John Bateman saying his early exit from the green machine “stinks of greed” and there’s a “better way” to go about it.
The Raiders confirmed on Tuesday that Bateman would leave the club at the end of 2020, ending months of speculation surrounding the stars future.
