Melbourne’s “full club problem” stretches far beyond coach Simon Goodwin, who needs to “grow some horns” and stop being a “nice coach”, according to two AFL greats.
The Dees remain an outside chance to make finals, but have made things tough for themselves after two consecutive losses to sides well below them on the ladder.
Speaking on Fox Footy, Hawthorn legend Dermott Brereton said Goodwin needed to stop being a nice coach and take some star players to task.
