Philadelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons has been named to his first-ever All-Defensive First Team after an impressive 2019-20 campaign.

Aussie Ben Simmons has been named to the NBA All-Defensive First Team for the first time in his career.
Simmons, who finished fourth in Defensive Player of the Year voting, joins the three players who finished above him in Rudy Gobert, Anthony Davis, and DPY winner Giannis Antetokounmpo s well as Marcus Smart.
He becomes just the second-ever Australian player to make an All-Defensive Team after Andrew Bogut was named to the Second Team in 2015, while playing for the Golden State Warriors.
