The Danny O’Brien-trained gelding is the winner of two of his previous six Flemington starts and was allocated 57kg for his upcoming attempt at a Melbourne Cup defence in November.
Vow And Declare is one of 12 Group 1 winners among the horses declared for the weight-for age contest.
