More than 100 Colette by Colette Hayman stores will close after the business was saved from collapsing.
The fashion brand, which went into voluntary administration in February, announced on Wednesday it would continue operating following a restructure and new owners.
But the companys 138 stores will be reduced to just 35 locations across Australia and New Zealand.
Instead of the stores, the fashion brand will enhance its online presence.
About 300 staff have been retained.
