There were 20 million shares in communications management software company Whispir up for grabs on Wednesday afternoon, in a deal worth $76.2 million.
Stockbrokers Ords, Wilsons and Canaccord Genuity put the shares to potential buyers after the market closed, calling for bids by Wednesday night.
