The cloud-data company, valued at up to $US23.7 billion and set to be one of the year’s biggest floats, says its customers include 146 of the Fortune 500.

Other technology companies are also gearing up for their listings once the US holiday weekend is over. JFrog, a technology company that makes tools for software developers, set terms on Tuesday for its up to $US428 million IPO, according to a filing.
Cloud software platform Sumo Logic also filed Tuesday to sell 14.7 million shares at $US17 to $US21 apiece, or $US310.8 million, its listing document shows.
