Scunthorpe school delays year group’s return after staff member’s positive Covid test – Grimsby Live
St Lawrence Academy has informed the parents of Year 8 and 9 pupils of the new changes

A Scunthorpe academy has been left without 20 per cent of its staff for two weeks after an employee tested positive for Covid-19.
Parents have been told that the staff member at St Lawrence Academy hasn’t taught any children, but has been in contact with other workers.
All those identified through Test and Trace will now self-isolate for two weeks.
The Scunthorpe school informed parents on Monday evening that the lack of staff has meant changes to pupils’ return to school.
