Milestones for Cheshire trusts as no Covid deaths recorded for nearly two months

It’s been 50 days since a patient has died from coronavirus at one NHS Trust in Cheshire.
The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust hasn’t recorded a patient fatality from Covid-19 since July 19.
It’s a significant milestone for the trust which has the highest number of coronavirus -related deaths across Cheshire hospitals.
The total number of patients who have sadly passed away from the virus at the Countess Trust is 227 but that number hasn’t changed for 50 days.
