An entire year group at a Wiltshire school has been asked to self-isolate after a pupil tested positive for COVID-19.
Wiltshire Council has confirmed the year nine pupil and four other members of staff at St Augustine’s Catholic College in Trowbridge have contracted the virus.
All 160 year nine pupils have been asked to self-isolate for the next 14 days, although headteacher David Forster said the rest of the school will reopen tomorrow (Tuesday, September 8).
