Huge jump in coronavirus cases as every area of Surrey recorded new positive infections – Surrey Live
The number of daily UK-wide cases has again reached nearly 3,000
There have been a further 38 cases of coronavirus recorded in Surrey in the past 24 hours, according to government figures released today (September 7).
This means the total cases in Surrey now sits at 5,302.
Woking had a huge jump in cases by nine, while Spelthorne’s cases increased by five overnight.
Guildford and Spelthorne have each added five new cases to their tally.
Across the UK, three new deaths have been confirmed meaning the total coronavirus related deaths now sits at 41,554.
