The AFL says it has been in contact with WA Police over “extremely serious” allegations made on social media about Sydney Swans player Elijah Taylor.
The allegations were made on Saturday night by the woman who was part of the rookie’s COVID-19 protocol breach.
An Instagram post containing the allegations was removed.
On Sunday the AFL said it had been in contact with local law enforcement and would “continue to provide support and assistance for all”.
