Thats the plea from Stockton Council, following an increase in covid-19 cases.
Stockton – including Thornaby, Yarm, Billingham and surrounding areas in the borough – has recorded 49 new cases in the past seven days – well up on the 16 the previous week, and only three the week before.
While its infection rate remains just behind Middlesbrough, which was added to a Government watchlist on Friday as an ‘area of concern’, Stockton …
