SALT LAKE CITY Utah’s number of COVID-19 cases increased by 487 on Tuesday, with nine more deaths and 20,268 more vaccinations reported, according to the Utah Department of Health.
Two of those deaths occurred before Feb. 9 but were still being investigated by the state medical examiner’s office, the health department said. There are now an estimated 16,293 active cases of COVID-19 in Utah, state data shows.
The rolling seven-day average number of positive cases per day is now at 603, according…
