2021 off to a strong start with the opening of Bistrot 916 in Potts Point – Good Food
A hot line-up of talent opens the doors to this eagerly awaited French restaurant.
Dan Pepperell, Andy Tyson and Michael Clift’s hot-ticket Bistrot 916 has opened its doors, dishing up a slice of Paris in Potts Point.
Chef Pepperell (of Restaurant Hubert and Alberto’s Lounge fame) has been limbering up with a line-up of steak au poivre, duck frites and oysters.
But he and his gun team of Clift (ex-Rockpool) and Tyson (former Hubert sommelier), have given a nod to the prominent site’s previous occupant, the Dan Hong-led Asian-inspired Lotus. Boudin noir spring rolls? Yes, please.
