Gordon Hayward’s unfortunate run with injuries has continued.
The Hornets confirmed that Hayward has suffered an avulsion fracture of his right fifth metacarpal.
He sustained the broken finger during the sides preseason exhibition game against the Toronto Raptors.
It was also to his shooting hand, which could push back recovery time.
