As the US gears up for Thanksgiving on 28 November, here are the things I think we need to be thankful for.
Farmers
We should give thanks for farmers and, by extension, farmers’ markets, growers, producers and makers – anyone who puts food on our table. Simply put, without them we’d go hungry.
