12 million Aussies cop Netflix price hike – Yahoo Finance Australia
Netflix users are set to pay more for their streaming obsession.
Netflix will increase its prices from today with Aussie viewers set to pay up to an extra $24 every year.
The streaming giant had 11.9 million Australian subscribers as of the beginning of 2020, with the Netflix basic plan set to increase from $9.99 to $10.99 a month, and its standard plan from $13.99 to $15.99. However, its most expensive plan – the premium plan – will not change from its $19.99 price.
