Network 10 and ViacomCBS are shaking things up with their latest introduction to the market featuring 12 hours of non stop kids programming by day and adult content by night.

Network 10 and ViacomCBS are shaking things up with their latest introduction to the market joining mainstays 10, 10Bold and 10Peach.
From September Aussies will be able to switch on 10 Shake.
And while the new channel will air some adult content during the later hours of the night, it will be dominated by kids entertainment.
Child-friendly content including Spongebob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer will be aired from 6am to 6pm daily.
Parents can also look forward to flicking on Bubble Guppies, Henry Danger and READY SET DANCE.
Meanwhile big name stars like Harry Styles, Adele and Justin Bieber will be beamed direct into Australian living rooms with 10 Shake securing The Late Late Show With James Corden and his massively popular segment Carpool Karaoke.
The Charlotte Show and MTVs reality series Catfish: The TV Show will also hit the new channel.
Tens head of Programming Daniel Monaghan said the new channel would become a family favourite.
We still wanted to serve that under 50s, or under 40s audience that we attract so well and having the kids in the day is an added bonus, especially 12 hours of content they may not have seen before, Monaghan said.
I appreciate that ABC has a strong kids lineup on their channel, but its exciting for us to be able to do it with powerhouse brands like Paw Patrol and Dora.

Ten and ViacomCBS chief sales officer Rod Prosser said the move would give the network an opportunity to approach new advertising clients.
The morning is really targeted at children and youth so that opens up an opportunity for us to talk to a multitude of clients, from retail and toy companies to gaming, the list goes on, Prosser said.
The launch date for the new channel is yet to be announced.
