“The lessen tail, which appears wide and fuzzy, is the dust tail of comet NEOWISE developed when dust lifts off the floor of the comets nucleus and trails powering the comet in its orbit,” NASA extra in the assertion.

The comet was found on March 27 by NASAs NEOWISE (Around-Earth Object Broad-discipline Infrared Study Explorer) place telescope.
